Three questions to ask about your coverage

1. What could go wrong? For food trucks and mobile food services, it’s often customer burns, slips around the service window and foodborne illness complaints. Events, markets and property owners usually ask for a certificate before you park.

2. Do I need GL or a BOP? General liability handles third-party bodily injury, property damage and (for most classes) personal and advertising injury, with per-occurrence limits of $300K, $500K, $1M or $2M.
