Appetite and eligibility
Contractor eligibility is capped at $5M in revenue and 15 employees. General contractors, paper contractors, firms with subcontractor costs over half of revenue, equipment rental to others, and exterior work above three stories are outside the appetite. Structural or foundation work is not eligible.
